Chapter 1: Welcome to DigiMix
Note
The following recommendations provide good performance when
using DigiSuite hardware and software in most situations. Since some
software packages may have additional or different requirements, you
should always consult the software company and/or your Matrox dealer.
DigiSuite components require a computer with the following minimum
computer system configuration:

An Intel Pentium CPU, 166 MHz or higher.
q
64 MB or more of physical RAM.
q
Windows NT operating system:
– version 4.0 (Service Pack 2 is recommended), or
– version 3.51 with Service Pack 5.
Since our DigiSuite audio/video products are modular, we've provided
modular documentation as well.
An overall installation manual
The DigiSuite Installation Manual provides necessary information for
installing all the individual components to assemble a state-of-the-art
audio/video system tailored to your specific needs.
Individual installation reference manuals
Each individual card has its own installation reference manual containing
important information specific to its installation, configuration and
troubleshooting.
A software guide
The Getting the Most from DigiSuite manual explains how to use the free
software included with DigiSuite so that you can take full advantage of
your system's powerful features.
