If nothing works
Contact your DigiSuite dealer. Before doing so, please have the
following information ready:

A description of what happened.
q
Your DigiMix's serial number (printed on the card).
q
As much system information as possible.
– Your computer specs.
– The manufacturer and version number of your computer's BIOS.
– Windows NT version.
– Operating environment.
– Peripherals (especially cards occupying other slots in your
computer).
q
Anything else you feel will help us correct the problem.
