Pink or green video when playing back Motion-JPEG files
q
The system may be in an unstable state. Reboot.
q
Power down your system. Remove the Movie-2 bus connector and
check for bent or broken pins in connectors CON 1 and CON 2
located on all your installed DigiSuite cards.
q
Data on an IDE drive is not being accessed fast enough.
– Move your Windows NT swap file from the IDE drive to a SCSI
drive.
– Use a dedicated SCSI drive for media flies such as audio, graphics,
and video effects.
Note
If you are capturing or playing back .avi files while accessing
other media from the same SCSI drive, your throughput will be
reduced. This may result in jerky playback or premature termination
on capture.

You may be using a sentinel drive with an out-of-date driver. Acquire
a newer version of this driver.
q
You may be getting conflicts from a network card. Try removing the
card. If the problem goes away, get updated drivers for the network
card or try another network card.
You get the error messages "Could not choose any kernel
device" or "No kernel device started" during Motion-JPEG
airwave playback or capture
q
The system may be in an unstable state after a crash. Reboot.
q
Power down your system. Remove the Movie-2 bus connector and
check for bent or broken pins in connectors CON 1 and CON 2
located on all your installed DigiSuite cards.
