Overview of the alarm conditions

LED function: In normal operation the LED's are lit corresponding to the components they represent.
LED's are lit
The plant emits beep tone at Alarm condition (Nothing is working), which can only be neutralised by rectifying the
fault, then switching the plant OFF for 5 seconds and switching ON again.
External stop:
(Nothing is working)
Too low inlet pressure:
(Pump stopped)
ALARM - Too low raw water
pressure: (Nothing is working –
permanent condition)
ALARM - Too long runtime pump:
(Nothing is working –
Permanent condition)
"Re-start ALARM" on pump:
(Nothing is working –
permanent condition)
Flushing membrane
RO Plant is running,
everything OK
RO Plant is on Standby
LED's flashes slowly (½ Hz)
Remove the cause to ex-
ternal stop signal
Automatic restart
(3 times) if raw water
pressure is <0.5 bar

Pump has been running
continuously for more than
20 min.
See Section 9.2.4
To many Start and Stop.
Check if permeat pipe or
hydrophore is leaking.
