Your transmitter sends sensor
glucose information directly to your
app and/or your receiver, at the
same time, using Bluetooth
Your app and receiver do not "talk"
to each other.
You can choose to use both devices
at once or switch between devices.
Things to consider if choosing both
devices:
• Use your app during daily
activities where you already take
your smart device
• Use your receiver during
activities where your smart
device may not be allowed (work
or school)
• When you are sleeping you can,
silence your smart device and
use your receiver for alerts
• If you carry both devices, you
will receive alerts and must
acknowledge alerts on both
devices
