incorrectly installed
COM port incorrectly configured
Remedy
❯ Releasing the EMERGENCY
STOP SWITCH.
❯ Check the mains cable and
electrical connection; replace
if necessary.
❯ Contact technician.
❯ Check the mains fuse in the
building.
❯ Contact technician.
❯ After switching on, wait until
the booting process has fin-
ished.
❯ Check the cable connections.
❯ Clean plug-in contacts and
sockets.
❯ Install driver or complete Vis-
taVox Plugin once again.
❯ Check the COM port in the
service tool.
