Cancelling Print Jobs

You can cancel one or all print jobs that are currently being processed.

While data is being processed or printed (the message window reads
PROCESSING... or PRINTING), press the Cancel key.

By pressing the Right or Left keys, select either CANCELLING JOB/
CURRENT or CANCELLING JOB/ALL.

Press the Menu/Select key.
The print job(s) have now been cancelled. A few pages that have already
been processed may still print.

Function
Initially enters the menu system
If within the menu system and on a menu level,
moves down in the menu structure
If within the menu system and on a selectable
item, selects the displayed choice (no matter
what position the cursor is in)
Moves up in the menu structure
If menu choices with character-by-character
selections, scrolls upward through the available
characters
Moves right in the menu structure
Moves right through the scrollable menu
selections when selections are whole words,
not characters
Starts the toner replacement sequence, if toner
is out
Moves left in the menu structure
Moves left through the scrollable menu
selections when selections are whole words,
not characters
Scrolls through messages
Moves down in the menu structure
In menu choices with character-by-character
selections, scrolls downward through the
available characters
