Tray 1 (Multipurpose Tray) - Konica Minolta Magicolor 2350 EN User Manual

For optimum printing results, it's important to specify the type and size of
media that's loaded in the multipurpose tray. You can set it at the printer
control panel using the Paper / Input Tray / Tray1 menu, through the
printer driver, or through PageScope Light.
Changing the media type through PageScope Light or at the printer
control panel affects all print jobs. Changing the media type in the driver
affects only your print jobs.

Tray 1 (Multipurpose Tray)

All supported media sizes and types can be printed from Tray 1. Letter or A4
plain paper can be printed from Tray 1 or Tray 2.

If you already have media in Tray 1 and want to change it, remove the
media from Tray 1.

Adjust the media guides to fit the
appropriate media sizes.
Squeeze the front media guide to
open the media guides.

Load the media face up, short edge
first.
Often, an arrow on the paper package
label indicates the face-up (printing)
side of the paper.
If you are using letterhead paper,
load it face up with the top first.
