ENVIROLAY INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
Please note that only Envirolay (ENVIROLAY) is
approved for use with Envirotiles. If another underlay
is used Deeplas do not guarantee roof performance

ENVIROLAY (ENVIROLAY)
Starting at the right hand roof edge roll out and fix to
the plywood roof panels Envirolay (ENVIROLAY) to the
full roof face, fixing and securing the roof underlay
at 450-600mm centres with clout nails as you go
along. Overlap the universal eaves/support tray by a
minimum distance of 100mm.

Using a sharp utility knife or equivalent cut the
underlay straight at hip edge in line with the panel
edge.
Always overlap above courses by a minimum distance
of 150mm.
Use Duo Plus Tape (ENVTAPE) to seal the overlap layers.

Uplift edge
Run the Envirolay to the wall face and crease the
edge to create a turn up of at least 150mm. Use
Duo Plus tape (ENVTAPE) to seal the overlap layers.
