Operating instructions

The original factory programmed IEF temperature is 20 °C. To adjust the
temperature:

use the left and right arrow keys to position the cursor in the active °C field,
and
2
use the up and down arrow keys to select the value within the range of 15–
30 °C.

The original factory programmed value is 50 µA per IPG strip.
To adjust the current limit:

use the left and right arrow keys to position the cursor under one of the
three active µA digits, and
2
use the up and down arrow keys to select the value within the range
0–200 µA per strip.
Note: The total deliverable amperage is 1500 µA.

Use the arrow keys to adjust the numbers of strips to run.

To advance to the next edit screen, press the EDIT key.
IEF programming
The second screen in edit mode is the first in a series of nine programmable IEF
steps in which the voltage change pattern, voltage, and step duration are set. The
steps are displayed in groups of 3 steps per screen. The number of steps which
have been programmed is displayed next to the protocol number.
Each step is identified by "S" and the step number and can be accessed by
placing the cursor under the step number using the right and left arrow keys. To
advance to the next step group press the down arrow key and to return to a
previous step group press the up arrow key.
