Wiring

IMPORTANT: Fit the supplied terminal protectors on the wires before connecting. All the wires must be
connected to the connector before the connector is mounted on the vehicle.
Connect all the wires as shown below:
Connect 1+, 2-, 3 and 4 to 1+', 2-', 3' and 4'.
Connect P (+) to the positive terminal on the battery.
Connect N (-) to the negative terminal on the battery.
Connect (+) to plus on the winch motor.
Connect P (+) to minus on the winch motor.
1. Battery
WARNING:

Wear safety glasses when connecting. Do not handle batteries with wet hands, or when wearing
jewellery on your hands – risk of severe burn injuries.

Do not lean over the battery when connecting.

Check before drilling that there is no risk of drill hitting a fuel line, fuel tank, brake line, or electric
cable etc.

Never route wires:
- over sharp edges
- so that they can into contact with moving parts
- near parts that can get hot.

Insulate and protect exposed wires and terminal blocks.

Fit terminal protectors according to the instructions.

Check that the supply voltage corresponds to the rated voltage.

To check before use

Always carry out the following checks before use:

Check that the wires are properly connected to all the components. Tighten any loose connections.

Check that the wires and terminal blocks are not exposed or loose. Protect exposed surfaces with
terminal protectors, crimps or electrical tape.
