Setup/Adjustment (step

WEIGHTRAC 31 • 4 ... 20 mA/HART - four-wire

distance of at least 3 m (10 ft) to the sensor for measurement of the

background radiation. A source container with a Co-60 source should

have a distance at least 5 m (17 ft).

This ensures that the measured pulse rate really originates from the

source used.

In this menu item you can enter the measuring range (min. and max.

process value) of the sensor.

These settings influence the current output of the sensor.

Enter in the menu window "Max. process value" the max. level (full),

for example in "t/h". This corresponds to an output current of 20 mA.

Enter in the menu window "Min. process value" the min. level (empty),

for example in "t/h". This corresponds to an output current of 4 mA.
