The convenience doors can then be opened and
closed automatically.

If Active Blind Spot Assist is deactivated or
unavailable, the convenience doors cannot be
opened from inside.
The following options are available for opening or
closing the convenience doors:
The SmartKey (to open and close the driver's

Approaching the vehicle (to open the driver's

Depressing the brake pedal (to close the driv-

er's door)
The inner door handles (to open and close the
