Actuator end of stroke unit calibration
There are two end of stroke micro switches mounted on the linear actuator. The adjustment of the position of the micro switches
happens by acting on the screws on the actuator head (Fig.10).
At every clockwise turn of screw, the micro moves towards the head by 0.7 mm.
The direction of the arrows in figure 10 explicates that reported; the captions have the following meaning:
P-B = Rear (does not require adjusting)
A-F = Front (adjusts the position of the lid closing)
WARNING: the front adjustment A-F controls the correct closure of the lid on the hull. The A-F limit switch must only be
turned when the thruster is open.

A-F
The ideal adjustment must take place gradually with small rotations of the
limit switch (e.g. 2/3 turns at a time), remembering that every turn correspon-

ds to a forward movement of 0,7 mm.
INSTALLATION
According to the most opportune techniques, realise
a closing lid of the opening on the hull and fix it to the
solid metal plate to tunnel of the retractable unit.
Pay particular attention to avoid interferences between
the lid and the hull opening. Too precise contacts will
cause damages to the entire moving system.
P-B
A-F
Operate on the A-F
limit switch only when
the thruster is open.
