Maintenance Procedures

Engine Exhaust Pipe Clamps - Check

1. Open right rear door (a).
CAUTION!
Ensure that the engine is shut down and that the
exhaust has cooled down to a point where it can
be touched without burning. Failure to do so
could result in minor or moderate injury.
2. Check clamps (b) on the exhaust system for tightness.
3. Tighten as required.
4. Replace damaged or missing clamps.
5. Close the right side door when complete.

Collect Engine Oil Sample

1. Obtain an Oil Analysis Sample Kit from a SANY dealer.
2. Operate the machine until the engine oil is up to normal operating temperature.
3. Prepare the machine for service.
NOTICE!
It is critical that all material used to collect the sample is absolutely clean. Failure to adhere to
this warning can cause equipment damage and contaminate the sample.
4. Clean the area around the engine oil dipstick and remove the dipstick.
5. Insert the oil sample tube into the dipstick tube and collect a sample of engine oil. Replace the dipstick.
