    Inspect the operator aids of this machine daily and make sure each operator aid is in normal working condition. Any faults found should be reported to a SANY dealer. Stop all work immediately if any operator aid is not working properly.

    This multipurpose construction machine is used primarily for digging or loading earth and stones. It can also be used for grading, slope-trimming, lifting, breaking, demolishing, and trenching.     SY135C Excavator OMM Safety Lockout/Tagout Procedure Perform the lockout/tagout procedure on the machine in accordance with company policy. Cleaning the Machine Always use hot water and mild, nonflammable, grease-cutting soaps or cleaning agents to clean the machine. Never use flammable or caustic cleaning agents.

    Never expose the accumulator to temperatures above 140ºF (60ºC) or to open flames. Never weld on the accumulator. Never strike the accumulator. If the accumulator needs service, contact a SANY dealer. Electrical System Always clean the electrical system using industry approved electrical cleaners.

    SY135C Excavator OMM Safety JOB SAFETY It is the owner’s/operator’s responsibility to replace any safety decals that are damaged or missing from the machine. Never leave the machine running while it is unattended. Always park the machine in a safe, level area, lower any work equipment to the ground, move the hydraulic lockout control lever to locked (closed) position, and shut down the engine before exiting.

    Safety SY135C Excavator OMM Travel and Operation Precautions Confirm the relative positions of the undercarriage and operator before operating the machine. Traveling with the machine may present hazards. When traveling with the machine, always travel in a safe, controlled manner, and remain alert at all times. Be sure the areas around the machine are clearly visible.

Always place the hydraulic lockout control lever in the locked (closed) position before opening or closing the windshield. Failure to follow this warning could cause death or serious injury.

    SY135C Excavator Machine Controls CAUTION! When open, the windshield must be latched securely to the ceiling of the cab. If it is not secured properly, the windshield may slide down unexpectedly and result in personal injury or damage to the machine.

Move the windshield forward and down while maintaining a firm hold on the handles. 5. When the windshield reaches the lowered position, firmly push the left and right handles forward at the top of the windshield to engage the latches.

    SY135C Excavator Machine Controls BATTERY DISCONNECT SWITCH The machine is equipped with a battery disconnect switch. When the switch is turned to the OFF position, electrical power is disconnected from all machine systems. Turn the power off when securing the machine for the day, or as needed when performing service.

    SY135C Excavator Machine Controls Seat and Seat Belt A multi-position, air ride adjustable seat is provided for operator comfort.     Machine Controls SY135C Excavator Air Ride Seat Adjustment Pull the air ride seat adjustment lever (8) up to raise the seat. Press the lever down to lower the seat. This will adjust the proper air ride for the weight of the operator. The height adjustment setting is indicated in the adjustment window (7).

    If any part of the machine moves when the hydraulic lockout control lever is in the locked (closed) position, it could cause damage to the machine. Shut down the engine immediately. Contact a SANY dealer to correct this problem. The hydraulic lockout control lever (1) disables or enables the hydraulic function for work equipment, swing and travel control, and optional equipment.

    Machine Controls SY135C Excavator NOTE: Keep all the control levers in a neutral position when moving the hydraulic lockout control lever to the unlocked (open) position. Move the hydraulic lockout control lever to the unlocked (open) position (2) to enable the hydraulic controls. The machine will now respond to the commands sent by the joysticks and travel control levers/pedals.

    • Check the sunlight sensor for blockage or damage if there is a problem with the climate control system. See “Monitor Console” on page 3-25. Contact a SANY dealer for further information. OFF Button Press the OFF button (1) to shut off the fan, the LCD, and all heating and cooling functions.

Always keep these components clear and free from water.
