Scheduled work
1 Check both ALO lock pins are present
2 Insert one ALO lock pin
3 Check pin engages fully into hole
4 Check ALO lockout area on display is shown
Using slew function, ensure slew is limited to the

area shown
Remove first pin and repeat test for second ALO

Ensure canopy closes correctly and can be locked
7
down

Arising work
1 Renew any missing pins
3 Check hole for blockage/debris
3 Check retention chain is not tangled
4 Check pin switch on turret
4 Ensure pin is fully engaged
4 Renew damaged/missing switches
5 Ensure pin is fully engaged
5 Ensure pin is not damaged
5 Ensure pin is type supplied when new
Further investigation is required to determine

reason for failure
Do not use machine for ALO working until issue is
5
rectified
5 Repeat Job No. A LOT (ALO system test)
7 Rectify and recheck
Renew damaged/missing ALO canopy lock down
