Scheduled work
1 Determine method of test
Static pull:
2 With machine on dry, clean, level rail
Using a suitable and calibrated load measuring

device, apply a load of at least 2,800kg
Torque test:
With rail wheels raised, install torque test bracket

PATTB
Using a suitable and calibrated torque wrench,
apply a load of at least 750Nm
5 Repeat (4) for other rail wheels
Remove torque test bracket before returning

machine to service

If machine moves – further investigation is
