4 Chaffing of hoses/cables
Job No. – EngDPFC (Engine DPF)
Scheduled work
1 Check screen for particulate percentage
Job No. – HydCheck (Hydraulic fluid leak check)
Scheduled work
1 Visually check for hydraulic oil leaks
Note:
Minor weeps or oil loss can often be attributed to poor operating.
e.g. Forward to reverse travel functions without slowing/delay between direction change.
This can create pressure spikes and may damage components in the hydraulic system.
