Warning - Welding
Never use the RR 14 EVO 2 400 Hybrid as a welding ground. Earth bonding is for personal protection only).
Welding (repair or otherwise) will not be carried out on the RR 14 without prior written consent from the
manufacturer or Promax Access Ltd, and under no circumstances will welding ever be permitted on Hydraulic
(or other pressure) cylinders, valves or fittings etc.
Threaded Fasteners
Renewal Policy
All split cotter pins, star washers, locking tabs, spring washers and nyloc nuts removed during maintenance and
repairs MUST BE RENEWED. All other fasteners removed during maintenance and repairs shall be renewed if
any part of them is worn or distorted.
Tightening of Threaded Fasteners
