Cables
Use the two cables supplied with this WIF kit to connect the reader to your workstation
and keyboard, as shown in your Wedge Reader User's Manual. To order a replacement
cable, use these part numbers:

Power Supply
The reader requires an external power supply to operate with these workstations. Set the
PCB jumper to connect pins 2 and 3 on the reader's rear panel.
Note: If you use an external power supply with the reader, you must plug in the power
supply before switching on the workstation. If you do not, the reader will lock up.
