7. Common Problems and Their Solutions

7.1 Movement

Problem 1: When extruding, the extrusion gear
shake.
Problem 2: One or two of the X, Y, Z and E axes
cannot be moved, and an alarm sound appears
when you click to move
Problem 3: Opposite direction of motion
Problem 4: the machine movement "touch"
sound, power off and shut down, and again the
machine does not respond to power on
Problem
Increase the print head temperature or determine
if the head is clogged or needs to be reloaded
with material.
Check if the limit switch is pressed
Open the firmware and change the control code
