7.8.2 Adjusting the push bar

7.8.2.1 Adjusting the push bar height

The height of the push bar can be adjusted without the use of tools.
1) Loosen the star grip screw on the push bar.
2) Slide the push bar to the desired height.
3) Tighten the star grip screw.

7.8.2.2 Adjusting the angle of the push bar handle

The angle of the push bar handle can be adjusted without the use of tools.
1) Open the clamping lever on the push bar handle.
2) Set the desired angle.
3) Engage the clamping lever.

7.9 Drive wheels

WARNING
Improper assembly of removable wheels
Tipping, falling over of the user due to wheels coming off
► After each assembly, verify the proper fit of the removable wheels. The quick-release axles must be firmly
locked in the wheel attachment.
CAUTION
Reaching into exposed drive parts
Crushing, pinching due to incorrect handling
► Do not reach between the drive wheel and wheel lock or drive wheel and side panel when driving the product.
► Do not reach into the spokes of the rotating drive wheel while riding in the product.
CAUTION
Incorrect air pressure
Uncontrolled driving characteristics, falling, tyre rupture due to incorrect inflation
► Maintain sufficient air pressure in pneumatic tyres. Do not exceed the permitted specifications when filling the
tyres (see Page 34).
► Do not use the product with over/under-inflated or unequally inflated tyres.
► Note that a single tyre with low air pressure can lead to uncontrolled driving characteristics.
► Note that low pressure of the rear wheels / drive wheels can reduce the braking force of the knee lever wheel
lock.
