Please note: if an On/Off time has been set in the VIBRA
within the On/Off time or exactly on the OFF time. If not, then the data will not be sent.
More information about the On/Off functionality in paragraph 5.3.9
Press OK to leave the input menu and to save the settings in the VIBRA

within the On/Off time.

and if successful, send a status and data e-mail to the address provided.
If the transfer is successful, the message Success appears for 5 seconds on the VIBRA
screen. The addressee will receive a status and data e-mail (see paragraph 7.3)
If not, an error message will be shown for 20 seconds. Please find an overview in
paragraph 7.4.

Status and data per e-mail

If the correct procedure, as described in the paragraphs 7.1 and 7.2, has been followed successfully, the

will send at the given time two e-mails (a status and a data mail) on a daily basis. The status e-
mail has no attachment and is small in size. The data are sent as an attachment in a separate e-mail.
The status e-mail provides information about battery status, GPRS connection, memory used and VIBRA
settings. It also gives a brief overview with measurement information: number of peak values per velocity
interval, the highest peak value of every hour and the total number of saved measurement intervals.
The data e-mail contains the *.vib file of the VIBRA
VIBRA PC software in combination with the licence file of the specific system.
Checking the system remotely
You can check the system remotely:
If at the start of the measurement or while measuring the connection between geophone and
