Step 3: Select the option Email Settings in the
VIBRA menu and again in the dialog
window that appears.
Step 4: The following input dialog will appear:
Email Settings
From Address
The From Address is the e-mail address will be used by the mail system to send error
messages to (for example when the mailbox of the addressee is full or does not exist
anymore). Use an existing e-mail address that is checked regularly.
From Name
The text From Name is displayed in the addressee's mailbox as sender, for example
VIBRA and serial number. This field may be left empty.
To Address
The To Address is the e-mail address the data mail will be sent to. If this e-mail address
is incorrect or out of use, an error message will be send to the From Address by the mail
system.
To Name
The text in the To Name field is displayed as addressee of the e-mails. This field may be
left empty.
Enable Email
This box must be ticked, if the addressee wants to receive e-mail. If this box has been
ticked, the addressee receives a data and status e-mail on a daily basis. If an alarm has
been set, the addressee will receive an e-mail alarm when the threshold has been
exceeded. Please find more information in the paragraphs 7.4 and 7.5.
