This custom fabrication version is a customer-specific adaptation of the Discovery mobility base for seating shells
for self-propelling users carried out by Ottobock's Custom Fabrication department.
3 Intended use
The safe use of the product can only be ensured in case of intended use in accordance with the information con­
tained in these instructions for use. The user is ultimately responsible for accident-free operation.

3.1 Indications for use

The product is intended for everyday indoor and outdoor use, by an attendant, of people with temporary or perman­
ent limitations of the ability to walk, inability to walk or difficulty standing up.
Special feature for versions with 22"/24" drive wheels: The product can be operated independently by the
user.
The product is suitable for users with intact skin whose anatomy (such as body dimensions and weight) permits the
intended use of the product. It is operated by an attendant.
