MAKE SURE THAT THE TRACTOR IS SHUT OFF AND THE RAKE CAN NOT MOVE
BEFORE SERVICING THE HDII RAKE. MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICE
WORK TO BE PERFORMED BY A QUALIFIED SERVICE PERSON ONLY.
TROUBLE
Main Frame Will Not Open
or Close
Rake Beams Will Not
Open or Close
Rake Wheels Will Not
Raise or Lower

No Electrical Power to Control Box
Blown Fuse or Circuit Breaker
on Tractor
Hydraulic Lever Not Engaged or
Engaged in Wrong Direction
Hydraulic Hoses Not Connected to
Tractor Properly
Solenoid Valve Sticking or Not
Working Properly
No Electrical Power to Control Box
Transport Locks Still Engaged
Blown Fuse or Circuit Breaker
on Tractor
Hydraulic Lever Not Engaged or
Engaged in Wrong Direction
Hydraulic Hoses Not Connected to
Tractor Properly
Solenoid Valve Sticking or Not
Working Properly
No Electrical Power to Control Box
Transport Lock Hair Pins Still
Engaged
Blown Fuse or Circuit Breaker
on Tractor
Hydraulic Lever Not Engaged or
Engaged in Wrong Direction
Hydraulic Hoses Not Connected to
Tractor Properly
Solenoid Valve Sticking or Not
Working Properly

Remove Clip Pin and Swing Self
Storing Transport Locks Toward
Frame (See Page # 11)
Check and Replace Fuse or Circuit
Breaker
Engage Hydraulic Lever or Move
Hydraulic Lever in Opposite Direction
Check Hydraulic Hoses For Proper
Connection
Check Solenoid and Valve
Check and Make Sure There is
Power to Control Box
Remove Transport Lock Hair
Pins and Place in Storage Position

Check and Replace Fuse or Circuit
Breaker
Engage Hydraulic Lever or Move
Hydraulic Lever in Opposite Direction
Check Hydraulic Hoses For Proper
