and
The constantly showing temperature indicates the actual water temperature in the
tank.
The flashing temperature with an arrow indicates the desired water temperature.
With the basic settings, the appliance operates as a heat pump – in ECO mode – utilis-
ing the thermal energy of the external environment.
If the ambient temperature decreases below the operating parameters, the heat
pump can no longer generate the heat needed for the production of sanitary hot wa-
ter, therefore the heat pump stops, and automatically switches to the use of the auxil-
iary electrical heating enabling the auxiliary electrical heating mode. When the external
temperature conditions allow the use of the heat pump again, the electrical heating
stops and the heat pump unit restarts.
When the setting water temperature is higher than the temperature that the heat
pump can produce in itself at the given ambient temperature, the heat pump runs first
until the possible water temperature is reached, and then, the auxiliary electrical heat-
ing is activated automatically, while the heat pump stops; in the meantime, the appli-
ance ensures the continuous heating of water.
