Coils (0xxxx reference set)

Coils are 1-bit read/write values. Control Word bits are exposed with this data
type. The table below summarizes the Modbus coils (0xxxx reference set).
Description
Writes the contents of a contiguous block of
4X registers, then reads the contents of an-
other group of registers (the same or differ-
ent than those written) in a server device.
Supported subcodes:
• 0Eh Read Device Identification: Allows
reading the identification and other inform-
ation.
Supported ID codes (access type):
• 00h: Request to get the basic device
identification (stream access)
• 04h: Request to get one specific identific-
ation object (individual access)
Supported Object IDs:
• 00h: Vendor Name ("ABB")
• 01h: Product Code (for example, "AINFX")
• 02h: Major Minor Revision (combination
of contents of parameters

"ACS880")
Description
The function code received in the query is not an
