Set Key Lock
It is possible to lock the user interface before power setting or when the hob is in run state.
▪
The Key lock blocks the functionality of all buttons except for the On/Off button.
▪
While it is active, the cooking will proceed as normal and any set Timers will continue their countdown.
▪
This enables parents to set the key lock before switching the product off, hindering that a child can switch on
the product and activate a cook zone.
▪
If the key lock is active when the product is switched off, the Key Lock indication (LED) will remain lit for 1
minute after the user has pressed the power button.
▪
After that, the LED indication will only light up if somebody tries to interact with the disabled buttons while the
product is in it's off/standby state.
MAIN ACTION FROM THE USER
Press and hold for 3 seconds KeyLock (Led switches on)
The UI plays the special Key lock tone
The only working touch key is ON/OFF that enables to switch OFF the hob
If the hob is switched off the keyLock LED remains switched on for 1 minute.
If any other touch key is touch the key lock led blinks three times to give the feedback the key lock is active
and the UI plays incompatibility tone
To reset the key lock function press and hold for 3 seconds KeyLock
