No tools or foreign objects are left in the cabinets.
All the cabinet doors including protective isolation facilities shall be closed and
ready in position.

Restart the MVD: Operate according to the power-on operation instruction to see
whether there is any abnormity.

Formulate daily record: All the maintenance information (including the revised
parameters) shall be recorded in the daily maintenance record:
Date and time.
Complete maintenance items according to the maintenance plan.
Any special situation or work (planed or unplanned spare parts replacement).
10-2 Maintenance plan
To ensure the long-term steady operation of the equipment, it is necessary for the user to
conduct correct operation and maintenance. The daily protective maintenance and
inspections shall be conducted in a planned way. In addition to the emergency system
maintenance, predictive maintenance shall be conducted, including daily, weekly, monthly,
quarterly and annual inspections and maintenance.

Check if there is cooling fan failure and cooling fan power
supply drop alarm.
Check whether the filter is blocked.
Check whther there is air pressure alarm
Recommanded clear the filter at least once 1 week. If the dust

is heavy, the clear duration should be shorten. To disassemble
the filter, please check Maintenance 1.
Recommanded clear method: gently tap it outside the room to
drop off dust. Blow with compressed air slightly. Otherwise
