Failure definition
operation
occurs, or load transfer
timeout occurs
The serial number of
selected motor is wrong
During low voltage ride
through, the duration time
of power loss is more
than 1s, or the DC cap
voltage is below 400V, or
the motor speed is below
5%
During bypass derating,
another power cell
bypass occurs
Input current is out of
scope of current
sampling.
Output current is out of
scope of current
sampling.
Solutions
"Speed err threshold of
synchronous transfer".
3. If voltage synchronous
timeout occurs, modify
parameter "Phase error
threshold of synchronous
transfer", or parameter
"Voltage error threshold of
synchronous transfer".
4. If load transfer timeout
occurs, modify parameter
"Current error threshold of
synchronous transfer".
1. Check whether value of
parameter "Motor selection" is
larger than parameter
"Maximum number of motor".
2. Check whether the current
motor connected to VFD is the
motor specified by parameter
"Motor selection".
1. Check the parameter "Fault
flag of low voltage ride
through". Modify the related
parameters according to
parameter "Fault flag of low
voltage ride through".
1. If bypassed cell quantity is
not over limit, reset and start
system.
2. If bypassed cell quantity is
over limit, check the fault of
power cell and bypassed cell
quantity. Repair or replace the
failed power cell.
1. Check the input current
1. Check the output current
