3. Bolt the base to the right side of the MTS ROW. Slide the right side of the MTS ROW up to
the base and bolt it to the base using two of the 1/2" x 3" hex head bolts with hammerhead
washers. Put on a star washer and hand tighten the nuts so that the front brace will be easier
to install.
