Gi29 LP Conversion
• Do not over tighten the screw.
Recommended to grip the wrench
by the short side.
17. Verify that if the conversion is from NG to
LP. The screw must be reassembled with
the red o-ring visible (Fig. 5).

18. Reassemble the black protection cap
(Fig. 6).

• Also check that the pilot and main
burner injectors are appropriate
for the gas type.
19. Reverse steps 4 to 2.
20. Attach the clear "This unit has been
converted to LPG" label near or on top of
the serial decal.
21. Replace the yellow "Natural Gas" label
with the red "LPG" label.
22. Adjust the aeration settings - see the "Air
Shutter Adjustment" section in this manual.
23. Start the appliance (see the "Lighting In-
structions" section in this manual). Ensure
that pilot and burner ignition are completed
without delay. Check your inlet and outlet
pressures at full load. W ith a soapy solution,
leak test the entire system. Verify correct
flame and pilot appearance.
