Fault Cause
1. Insufficient voltage, the external
input voltage is too low
2. Harmonic interference
1. The power supply voltage is too
large
2. The hardware is damaged, result-
ing in too small resistance

1. Replace the power supply or add a
regulator
2. It is necessary to install a special filter
at the input end of the servo drive to
solve the problem
