comes fully discharged. Before the use of the do-
simeter, switch it to the "Standby" mode with a
long press of the MODE button. The display of
"StOP" characters on the LCD indicate that the
dosimeter switched to the "Standby" mode. In
this mode, the infrared port is activated in the do-
simeter, meaning that the dosimeter is waiting
for data communication with the UAS or
USB/IrDA adapter. The dosimeter can be
switched from the "Standby" to the "Operation"
