3.2.4.5 Presentation of verification results
3.2.4.5.1 Satisfactory results of periodic
verification are certified by issuing the certifi-
cate of the established form or registration in
the table of Annex D of this OM.
3.2.4.5.2 The dosimeters that do not meet
the requirements of the verification procedure
shall not be allowed to manufacture and use,
and get the certificate of inadequacy.
