Replacing an Accessory Board

Replacing an Accessory Board
1 Remove the computer's cover (page 3).
2 Remove any cables connected to the accessory board.
3 Remove the screw that holds the old board in place.
4 Hold the old board firmly and carefully pull it out.
5 Aligning the new board carefully, slide it into position,
then press it firmly into the slot and tighten the
retaining screw.
6 The accessory board may need a special connection, such as:
a Network cable to the WOL (Wake On Lan) connector.
b Sound cable to the CD-ROM drive.
7 Replace the cover (page 4).
