Replacing the Floppy Drive
5 Remove the floppy disk tray.
a Loosen slightly the two screws on the floppy disk drive tray.
b Push the retaining clip upwards.
c Slide the floppy disk drive tray backwards away from the front of
the PC.
d Place the tray on a table/desk top.
Step 5c
6 Remove the four screws on the side of the drive tray and remove the
old floppy disk drive.
7 Slide the new floppy drive into the drive tray (with the correct
orientation) and tighten the screws.
8 Replace the floppy disk tray.
a Push the retaining clip upwards.
b Slide the floppy disk drive tray towards the front of the PC until
the retaining clips are lined up with the two notches.
c Release the retaining clip to secure the floppy disk drive in
position.
