Removing the Status Panel
Step 3a
4 Replace the Status Panel:
a Insert the status panel cable through the opening and then under
floppy disk/hard disk drive tray support. Connect the status panel
cable to the 'Front Cable Connector' on the system board.
b Ensure that the status panel is positioned the right way up.
c Align the two notches of the status panel with their
corresponding slits in the chassis. Push inwards on both sides of
the status panel, then forwards until it slots into place.
5 Replace the front bezel.
6 Carefully put the floppy disk drive/hard disk drive tray back into the
PC, and secure it in position using the two retaining screws you
removed earlier. Reconnect the power and data cables to the floppy
disk drive and hard disk drive(s).

Install any other accessories. Replace the cover (page 4). Reconnect
all cables and power cords.
