Automatically Optimizing Images

Photo Optimizer PRO automatically adjusts a photographic image created with a
digital camera. Use this feature to compensate for unsatisfactory color balance
and over- or under-exposure before printing.
To optimize images:
1 Access printer driver
From an application F F i i l l e e menu,
select P P r r i i n n t t .
With C C a a n n o o n n M M u u l l t t i i P P A A S S S S F F 5 5 0 0
P P r r i i n n t t e e r r as the selected printer,
click P P r r o o p p e e r r t t i i e e s s .
2 Select Photo Optimizer PRO
Click the E E f f f f e e c c t t s s tab, then click
the P P h h o o t t o o O O p p t t i i m m i i z z e e r r P P R R O O check
box.
When Photo Optimizer PRO is
checked, the A A p p p p l l y y T T h h r r o o u u g g h h o o u u t t P P a a g g e e option becomes active. If this box is left
unchecked, the F50 MFP will optimize each image individually. If checked, all
images will be automatically corrected with the same settings.
When done, click O O K K .

Changing Page Setup

You can change how the image is
printed without affecting the
original image file.
To change page setup:
