5. Safety instructions

The guarantee/warranty will expire if damage is incurred resulting from non-
compliance with the operating instructions! We do not assume any liability
for consequential damage!
We do not assume any liability for property damage and personal injury
caused by improper use or non-compliance with the safety instructions! In
such cases the guarantee/warranty will expire!
• For safety and licensing reasons (CE), unauthorised conversion and/or
modification of the device is not permitted. Consult a qualified person if you
are unsure as to operation, safety or connection of the device.
• Also observe the safety and operating instructions of any other devices that
are connected to this device.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly. This could be a
dangerous toy for children.
• The device does not belong in the hands of children. It is not a toy.
• In commercial institutions, the accident prevention regulations of the Em-
ployer's Liability Insurance Association for Electrical Systems and Operat-
ing Materials are to be observed.
• In schools, educational institutions, hobby workshops and do-it-yourself
workshops, the operation of modules must be supervised by trained per-
sonnel in a responsible manner.
• If you are unsure as to the correct connections or have questions that are
not answered in the operating manual, then please contact our technical
support department or a professional tradesman.
• Be sure to follow the safety instructions in each chapter of this manual.
