NOTE
If you choose to store the Support Ticket on a floppy disk, ensure that
the disk is formatted and has sufficient free space. If you want to keep
a Support Ticket, ensure that you copy it to a safe place before creating
the new one. You can do this by copying the Support Ticket file to
another floppy disk or to a suitable directory on your hard disk drive.

Viewing the Support Ticket

Once the Support Ticket has been successfully created, you can view it
in two ways:
Press F7 after the Support Ticket has been successfully created.

When you exit DiagTools, open the HPSUPPT.TXT file using a text

editor such as Microsoft Windows Notepad.
