Managing Accounts
Account Parameters
An account has the following parameters:

Number 30 alphanumeric

Name 32 alphanumeric

Status Active / Inactive
Folder Name of a group
You can create up to 500 accounts (depending on system options).
To change the maximum number of accounts, see
Description
Number of the account.
Must be unique. It cannot be modified after the ac-
count is created. However, the account can be de-
leted.
Name of the account.
Must be unique.
Only active accounts are visible to users.
The group that contains the account. The group can
be:
• The Main folder , or
• Any level 1 or level 2 group.
