Receiving E-mail with the Mail
Reception Function

Press the user function key ({ { { { F1} } } }
to { { { { F10} } } } ) assigned to the Mail Re-
ception function.

Press the { { { { Start} } } } key to check for
e-mail.
After checking the server, the ma-
chine receives e-mail, if there is
any.
If there is no e-mail, the following
display appears. Press the { { { { OK} } } }
key.
Note
❒ If there is e-mail, the Communi-
cating indicator will light and
the e-mail will be printed.

Press the { { { { Job Information} } } } key.
The standby display reappears.
