Turning the power ON

[1] Make sure printing is done.

Important!
When using metallic ink and white ink for VJ-628X, make sure that the power is always turned on. When you are not using the
printer, always leave the power on and put the printer into the sleep mode.
If you do not put the printer into the sleep mode, the ink inside the printer could settle out and/or coagulate, causing poor image
quality or printer failure.

Turning the power ON

Press the power button of this product to turn the power ON.
• The blue light turns on.
• This product starts its initialization operations.
Press the power button of this product to turn the power OFF.
• The blue light becomes OFF.
• This product will start turning off.
Turn the media fixing knob to release the lock.
Note
When not using this product, release the lock of the media fixing knob
regardless of power being OFF.
