SES drives: Drive bay set for immediate start, all other bays are delayed spin start (12 seconds x

Each enclosure has 16 drive bays. The SEL_ID of each drive is determined by the device slot (0-15) in
which it is installed and the address range setting, which is set by means of the Enclosure ID switch
