Do not operate this appliance with the glass removed,
cracked or broken. A licensed or qualified person
should do replacement of glass.
This appliance must be installed in accordance with
local codes, if any; if none, follow the National Fuel
Gas Code, ANSI Z223.1, or Canadian Installation
Codes, CAN/CGA-B149. Gas and Propane Installa-
tion Code, CSA B149.1
This appliance is only for use with the type(s) of gas
indicated on the rating plate and may be installed in
an aftermarket, permanently located, manufactured
f i r e - p a r t s . c o m
home (USA only) or mobile home, where not prohibit-
ed by local codes. See owner's manual for details.
Caution: Label all wires prior to disconnection
when servicing controls. Wiring errors can cause
improper and dangerous operation.
In the Commonwealth of Massachusetts:

Installation must be performed by a licensed
plumber or gas fitter;
•
A CO detector shall be installed in the room
where the appliance is installed.
