Problem
Robot suddenly stops
cleaning and indicator
stays blue.
Place the robot on
ground, turn on the
robot, its indicator is in
blue ( without
charging).
Robot does not change
direc�on when it comes
up against obstacle.
During charging, LED
indicator flashes red
quickly and robot
beeps.
LED indicator flashes
red quickly.
Blue LED flashes once,
Red LED flashes once.
Note:
If all solutions given above don't work for you, please take actions below:
1. Re-set the robot by switching on the power button at the right side of
main body.
2. If reset action doesn't work, please send the robot to seller for repairing.

Possible Cause
Robot was picked up
(sensors detect cliff or
wheel off the ground).
Cliff sensor fault.
Bumper sensor fault.
Power switch of robot
might not turned on.
Ba�ery low power.
Side brush get stuck.

Solu�on
Put the robot on the
solid floor and re-start
the robot.
1. Clean cliff sensor.
2. If solu�ons given
above doesn't work,
send it to the seller for
repair.
Check the sensor to see
if it is covered by any
object.
Switch on the robot.
Fully charge the
ba�ery.
Put robot on flat
surface and clean side
brush.
