Move the cursor to any position on the display. "P" is the digit position where the cursor
is to be moved to. P is represented as a 2 digit hex number. Move the cursor to any
position on the display.
13. Reset <IB><40>
All characters are erased and settings are returned to the power-on conditions.
14. Select Character Inversion <1 F><72)
Invert all the pixels for each character.
15. Delete Character Inversion <1F><52>

Restores character inversion to its default font.
16. Blink the Current Display <IF><45>
Blink all characters on the display.
17. Delete Display Blink <IF>c65>
Stop character blinking.
18. Down Load Font <1 B><26><X> <F> <F> <F> <F> <F>
Assign a standard keyboard key a different style font.
19. Delete Down Load Font <IB><3F><X>
A down loadable font can be restored to its original value.
20. Set pass-through Code <01>
Set line display on pass-through mode. All data codes will be by-pass to the peripheral
device when the line display on direct display mode.
21. Set direct display codes <21> <23> <02>
Set line display on direct display mode. Default mode.
